Holistic Fitness

Animal Flow includes a range of movements and combinations grouped into categories we call the “Six Components.” Each Component is designed to elicit specific results. The Six Components can be mixed and matched in many ways, allowing you to incorporate one, some, or all of them in your workouts. These include Wrist Mobilizations, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, Traveling Forms, Switches & Transitions, Flows.
Mike Fitch is the creator of Animal Flow, who mentored Mayra during her tenure at Equinox. 
Mayra has been an Animal Flow Level 1 Practitioner since 2012* and has done well over 3,000 Animal Flow sessions as a holistic fitness coach. Mayra uses Animal Flow as a tool that facilitates body integration and nature connection.
