I have been an Animal Flow Level 1 Practitioner since 2010 and have done well over 5,000 Animal Flow sessions as a holistic fitness coach. I use Animal Flow as a tool that facilitates body integration and nature connection.

These include: Wrist Mobilizations, Activations, Form Specific Stretches, Traveling Forms, Switches & Transitions, Flows.
